1.1       If you wish to cancel your order:

(a)        You can notify us by email to sales@medicine4me.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b)        Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2       You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less any postage and packaging charges included in your order or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3       To return the items call us on 0800 634 9892 to ensure that your item is acceptable for return as certain items cannot be returned for health, hygiene and safety reasons, e.g. private prescription medicines, unless there is a fault with them. Please return the items to:

1.4       Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid less any postage and packaging charges included in your order or an exchange credit as required.

1.5       The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.4 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

(a)        in the event that the product has been used
(b)        provided that the packaging of the goods has not been damaged or tampered with.
(c)        the item concerned is not returnable due to health, hygiene and safety reasons.

1.6       Refunds will only be made to the card used to pay for the original order.

1.7       In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

The provisions of this clause 1.5 do not affect your statutory rights.
